Apparently not a good idea

A new employee of the state Gaming Control Board who is related to a board member was charged with homicide Saturday after his girlfriend plunged from his 23rd-floor apartment in Harrisburg.

Kevin Eckenrode, 25, told police
he had been playing around while dangling Rachel Kozlusky, 23, from a window. Kozlusky, wearing just a sweater and underpants, plummeted about 230 feet, crashing through a skylight in a first-floor portico before hitting the sidewalk at 7 p.m.

Kozlusky was visiting for the weekend from her home in Saylorsburg, about 30 miles north of Bethlehem, according to Randy King, a spokesman for Harrisburg Mayor Stephen Reed.
